Lean Left was initially inspired by old Soviet Union propaganda. I got help from a translation website. The hoe belonged to Carolyn’s grandfather. The saw belonged to my grandfather. Unfortunately, shortly after the series was created, Mr. Putin made Russian unpopular.
While active with the teachers’ union I saved a sign thinking the corrugated plastic might be useful. It sits in our garage behind the garden tools. So far I have only cut off about a foot.
